Extended Warranty

Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC warrants your barbecue grill against defect in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of 3 years from the date of original purchase.

Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC will provide a replacement part for any part found to be defective, Original part(s) approved for return by Traeger’s Service Department must be returned prepaid.

This warranty does not include labor charges connected with the determination or replacement of defective parts, or freight charges to ship these parts.

Traeger Pell Grills, LLC shall not be liable under this or any implied warranty for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty give the retail customer specific legal rights and the customer may have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty shall be void if the unit is not assembled or operated in accordance with the operation instructions provided with the unit, the unit is re-sold or traded to another owner, components, accessories, or fuels not compatible with the unit have been used, the unit has been used in a commercial or food service application, or the user has abused or otherwise failed to maintain the unit.

To Process a warranty claim, Traeger Pellet Grills LLC may require proof of your date of purchase. You should retain your sales slip or invoice along with the certificate with your valuable documents.

Pellet Grill Warranty

Traeger has one of the best warranties Three Year Extended in the outdoor grill industry. With that said, Pellet Grill Warehouse adds an additional One Year of Extended Warranty Coverage. If you would like additional years added, you may purchase additional extended warranty coverage for $59.00 per year.  Pellet Grill Warehouse will extend the Traeger Extended Warranty with the purchase of Traeger Grill products. That’s four years of coverage on your new grill, which is backed by our service and technician team.
