Pellet Grill Warehouse accepts returns up to 30 days of receiving shipment of Pellet Grill Warehouse product. We will refund the full amount of invoiced returns minus shipping and credit it back to the method of payment. If the order was fulfilled 100% accuracy Pellet Grill Warehouse will refund the full product purchase amount minus shipping cost.

Pellet Grill Warehouse return policy does not include used product, damaged, or returned product with missing parts.

Pellet Grill Warehouse has the sole right to determine the condition of returned items. Pellet Grill Warehouse will credit back the invoiced amount and not the amount of any free or promotional items.
